In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the z77z website accessible at https://z77z.io, including all subpages, features, games, betting markets, and account management tools.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" means any individual who registers for, accesses, or uses the z77z platform.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon completing the registration process on z77z.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's z77z account at any given time, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet tokens, or matched deposit bonuses credited to a Player's account as part of a promotion.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by z77z before a Player may withdraw funds.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked on eligible games before associated winnings become withdrawable.
• "BDT" / "৳" means Bangladeshi Taka, the sole currency in which z77z accounts are held and transactions are processed.

By registering an account with z77z, clicking any "I Agree" or equivalent confirmation checkbox during the registration process, or by continuing to use the platform after any amendment to these terms has been published, you confirm that:

• You have read these Terms & Conditions in full and understand their contents.
• You agree to be legally bound by these terms and any future amendments published on this page.
• You meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 3 of this document.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You acknowledge that online betting carries inherent financial risk and that you participate voluntarily.

z77z reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via a notice on the z77z platform or by email to the address associated with your account. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

To open and maintain an account on z77z, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a strict requirement for all players based in Bangladesh. Players who are found to be under 21 years of age will have their accounts permanently closed and all funds may be forfeited.
• Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable law.
• Single Account: You may hold only one z77z account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under your own name or any alias — is a breach of these terms and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts.
• No Self-Exclusion: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion order placed through z77z or any other gambling operator.
• Not an Employee: Employees, contractors, officers, and immediate family members of z77z and its technology or content partners are not eligible to hold a player account.

z77z performs age and identity verification checks on all accounts. Providing false information during registration or KYC is a material breach of these terms and may result in account closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities.

To register an account with z77z, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid mobile number. You are required to keep this information up to date at all times.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any other person. z77z will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any activity conducted via your account credentials — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your permission, you must contact z77z support at [email protected] immediately and change your password.

z77z reserves the right to refuse registration or to close an account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects a breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, or where required to do so by applicable law or regulation.

z77z is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all accounts before processing any withdrawal request. KYC verification may also be triggered at any time at the discretion of z77z's compliance team.

To complete KYC verification, you may be required to provide one or more of the following documents:

• A government-issued photo identification document (e.g., National ID Card, Passport, or Driving Licence)
• Proof of current residential address (e.g., utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of bKash or Nagad account showing the registered mobile number)
• A selfie or live photo verification, where required by z77z's compliance process

z77z aims to complete KYC reviews within 48 hours of receiving all required documentation. Withdrawal requests will remain on hold until verification is complete. z77z is not liable for any delay in processing withdrawals caused by a Player's failure to submit complete and legible KYC documents in a timely manner.

Deposits. The minimum deposit amount on z77z is ৳200. Deposits are accepted via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. Deposits made via mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically credited to your z77z account balance instantly upon confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 30 minutes to reflect. z77z does not charge a fee on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges.

Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 to 60 minutes for verified accounts during normal operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit unless otherwise approved by z77z's payments team. z77z reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing a withdrawal of any amount.

Currency. All transactions on z77z are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). z77z does not apply currency conversion fees. Funds deposited in BDT are credited, held, and withdrawn in BDT only.

Refused or Returned Deposits. z77z reserves the right to return a deposit to its source where the deposit is flagged by automated fraud detection systems, where the source of funds cannot be verified, or where the deposit is made from a payment account not registered in the Player's own name. In such cases, any associated bonus credit will be voided.

z77z offers bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion, which will be displayed on the relevant promotion page. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion's specific terms shall take precedence for matters specific to that promotion only.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") on eligible games before they may be withdrawn. Eligible games and their contribution rates will be specified in each promotion's terms.
• One Bonus Per Household: Unless stated otherwise, only one bonus may be claimed per household, per IP address, and per payment method. Attempts to claim multiple bonuses through multiple accounts will be treated as a breach of these terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses not used within the stated validity period will be removed from the account automatically. No extensions will be granted.
• Abuse Prevention: z77z reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim bonus funds and associated winnings where it reasonably determines that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies designed solely to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine play intent.
• No Transfer: Bonus funds may not be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash, or assigned to any third party.

All bets placed on z77z are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport, market, and event. The following general betting rules apply to all wagers placed on the platform:

• Bets are only accepted when sufficient account balance is available. Bets placed on credit are not permitted.
• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player. z77z may void bets at its discretion in cases of obvious pricing error, technical fault, or market suspension.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to market availability. z77z reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without notice.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per event and market. These limits are displayed at the time of bet placement and may be adjusted without prior notice.
• In the event of a dispute regarding bet settlement, the decision of z77z's trading team is final after review. Disputes must be raised within seven (7) days of the relevant event's conclusion.
• Where an event is abandoned, postponed, or declared void, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable sport-specific rules published on the z77z platform.

Cricket Betting. z77z offers an extensive range of cricket markets including BPL, IPL, ICC T20 World Cup, and bilateral series featuring the Bangladesh Tigers. All cricket bets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body (Bangladesh Cricket Board, ICC, BCCI) at the conclusion of the match or series. In the event of a DLS-adjusted result or super over, the official result as confirmed by the governing body will determine settlement.

All casino games available on z77z — including live table games powered by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi, slots from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, and Microgaming, and crash games from Spribe — are governed by the rules of the respective game provider. The applicable game rules are accessible from within each game.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on z77z. Engaging in any of the following activities may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one z77z account
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC
• Using automated scripts, bots, or software to interact with the platform in any way
• Colluding with other Players to fix outcomes, share information, or manipulate markets
• Exploiting pricing errors, system bugs, or technical vulnerabilities for financial gain
• Using the platform to launder money or process proceeds of illegal activity
• Making chargebacks or disputed payment claims in bad faith
• Engaging in systematic arbitrage or bonus abuse strategies not consistent with genuine recreational play
• Using a payment account not registered in your own name to deposit or withdraw funds
• Accessing the platform if you are subject to an active self-exclusion order

All content on the z77z platform — including but not limited to the z77z brand name and logo, website design, software, text, graphics, images, game interfaces, and data feeds — is the exclusive property of z77z or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the z77z platform solely for personal recreational purposes in accordance with these terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, transmit, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the z77z platform without the prior written consent of z77z.

z77z collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By creating an account, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

z77z uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect data in transit between your device and the z77z platform. • Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Cap your net losses over a defined period to prevent exceeding your intended gambling budget.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive automatic notifications after a defined period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend betting and casino access for a period of your choosing (24 hours to 6 months). The suspension takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the chosen period.

Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these terms, z77z reserves the right to withhold all or part of the account balance pending investigation. In cases of confirmed fraud or money laundering, balances may be forfeited in full and the matter referred to relevant authorities.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, z77z's total liability to any Player in connection with their use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

z77z shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings
• Loss of data or corruption of data
• Losses arising from platform downtime, technical faults, or service interruptions
• Losses arising from a Player's reliance on inaccurate odds, statistics, or market data displayed on the platform
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to a Player's account where the Player failed to maintain adequate credential security

z77z does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may temporarily limit access to some or all platform features. z77z will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where reasonably practicable.

z77z reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version of this document will always be available at https://z77z.io/terms-conditions and will display the date on which it was last updated.

Where z77z makes a material change to these terms — meaning a change that significantly affects your rights or obligations as a Player — z77z will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice by displaying a prominent notice on the platform and, where possible, by sending an email to the address registered on your account.

If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the z77z platform before the effective date of the change and contact [email protected] to arrange closure of your account and withdrawal of any remaining balance. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. z77z operates as an English-language platform serving the Bangladesh market and makes no representation that its services are appropriate or available in jurisdictions other than Bangladesh.

In the event of any dispute between a Player and z77z regarding account activity, bet settlement, payment processing, or any other matter, the Player must first raise the complaint with z77z's customer support team at [email protected]. z77z will acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours and aim to resolve them within 10 business days.

If a complaint cannot be resolved through the internal support process within 30 business days, either party may escalate the matter through such dispute resolution mechanisms as are available and applicable. z77z's records of all account activity, bet placements, game outcomes, and financial transactions shall constitute prima facie evidence in any dispute resolution process.
